About the Role
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on expertise in building secure, scalable applications. The candidate must have strong skills in .NET Core, .NET Framework (5–9), MSSQL Server, and front-end technologies. The role requires knowledge of SSDLC, secure coding practices, responsive design, and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to boost productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework (5–9).
- Develop and optimize complex queries, views, and stored procedures in MSSQL Server.
- Ensure compliance with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and best coding practices.
- Build and maintain responsive, cross-browser web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, OpenAI APIs) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create clear, well-structured technical documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework (5+).
- Strong expertise in MSSQL Server with proven ability to write efficient stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices and SSDLC.
- Experience with responsive UI development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
- Knowledge of modern AI productivity tools for development and testing.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and in teams.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of proven professional experience in .NET & MSSQL Server development.
- .NET or related certifications (Microsoft Certified, etc.) will be a plus.
- Experience in staffing/recruitment domain will add value.
