Job Title:Software Engineer

Job Overview

As a software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading our development efforts, ensuring best practices, and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis. This role requires deep technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to guiding the team in tackling challenging issues. You will work primarily with.NET Coreon the backend andReacton the frontend, while also keeping a strategic focus on product security, DevOps, quality assurance, and cloud infrastructure.

Note: This is a deep hands-on IC role, and not a people-management position, yetyou'llnaturally mentor and unblock engineers around you through deep technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Forward-Looking Product Development:

oCollaborate with product and engineering teams to align on the technical

direction, scalability, and maintainability of the product.

oProactively consider and address security, performance, and scalability

requirements during development.

• Cloud and Infrastructure: LeverageMicrosoft Azurefor cloud infrastructure,
• ensuring efficient and secure use of cloud services. Work closely with DevOps to
• improve deployment processes.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, enabling
• smooth and frequent deployments. Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate and
• optimize the development process.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to team members,
• helping them solve day-to-day challenges, enhance code quality, and adopt best
• practices.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing, automated testing
• coverage, and overall product quality.
• Product Security: Actively implement and promote security best practices to protect
• data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Documentation & Code Reviews: Promote good coding practices, conduct code
• reviews, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

oStrong experience with.NET Corefor backend development and RESTful API

design.

oGood understanding and experience withReactfor frontend development.

oHands-on experience withMicrosoft Azureservices, including but not limited

to VMs, databases, application gateways, and user management.

oFamiliarity withDevOps practicesand tools, particularly CI/CD pipeline

configuration and deployment automation.

oStrong knowledge ofproduct security best practicesand experience implementing secure coding practices.

oFamiliarity withQA processesand automated testing tools is a plus.

oAbility to support team members in solving technical challenges and sharing

knowledge effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on.NET CoreandReact.
• Previous experience as a Staff SE, tech lead, or in a similar hands-on tech role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
