Must Have:
Proficiency in .NET Framework/Core and C#
Strong Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS) troubleshooting
SQL Server query optimization and data debugging
Web API analysis and integration issue resolution
Azure/AWS environmental familiarity
Good To Have:
PowerShell scripting for automation
CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps) knowledge
IIS configuration and performance tuning
Soft Skills & ITIL Alignment:
Strong problem-solving for root cause analysis
Incident and change management adherence
Cross-functional coordination with development and QA teams
Clear written and verbal communication with healthcare business users
