Title: Lead Software Engineer

Location: Perungudi, Chennai, India (5 days WFO)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the development of full-stack, cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and deploying scalable and robust software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 6 to 9 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET, React, and Azure.

Technical Skills: Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Cosmos DB), and DevOps practices.

Platform Skills: Experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native development. Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.

Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire other engineers.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges.

Good to have

• Knowledge of cloud native technologies
• Certification/Experience in AWS/Azure resources

Educational Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree.
