PL SQL with C# .NET

Description and Location

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned developer with 512 years of experience in PL/SQL and C# to join our Risk and Regulatory IT team within the Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust financial systems that support regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable PL/SQL procedures and packages for data processing and reporting.

Develop and maintain C# applications that integrate with financial systems and databases.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across systems.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in PL/SQL development including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.

Proficiency in C# and .NET framework for backend and integration development.

Solid understanding of Capital Markets, especially in Risk and Regulatory IT areas.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, MiFID II, or Dodd-Frank.

Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
