Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience, specifically in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in .NET technologies, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
What You'll Do
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
Develop high-quality software applications using .NET technologies, with a focus on WPF for desktop application development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using C# and the .NET framework, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure they are free from errors and perform optimally.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in .NET and WPF development, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance software quality and performance.
Document software functionality, technical specifications, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET development, with a strong emphasis on WPF.
Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
Extensive experience with WPF for desktop application development.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Proficiency in database development using SQL Server or another relational database management system (RDBMS).
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to have
Experience with other UI frameworks such as WinForms, Xamarin, or UWP.
Familiarity with MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) architectural pattern.
Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP).
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
