We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Voice professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions over the phone, providing them with information, and resolving any issues they may have. This role is suitable for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in customer service or voice process.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
  • Provide information about products and services to clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
