We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Domestic Voice Process role in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of service is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide assistance.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Document all interactions with customers in the system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Process: Telecaller/ Sales

Qualification: Any

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Language: Telugu & Kannada candidates only

Salary: 16K–18K

Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM

Working: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Off
