We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Domestic Voice Process role in India. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets and goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.

Banking Voice Process

Inbound/ Outbound calls

Location: Hebbal Bangalore

Qualification: PUC/ Graduates

Freshers & Experienced are Welcome

️ 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off

Shift (9 Hrs)

(Females day shift only)

️ Languages: English + Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam

Salary:

️ 16,500TH, 20K CTC

️ Malayalam – Extra 1,800 Allowance

Bonus: Attendence- 3600 will be paid once in 3 months

Banking Non Voice Process (Email)

Location: Hebbal Bangalore

Qualification: PUC/ Graduates

*Min 6 months of Experience with proper documents.

Must be very fluent with english and typing.

️ 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off

Shift (9 Hrs)

(Females day shift only)

Salary:

️ 20TH, 25k CTC

️ Bonus: Attendence- 3600 will be paid once in 3 months
