Job Description

  • Register the OC after PO is received by the sales and marketing team.
  • Convert the OC to PO and forward it to the relevant supplier/factory for timely delivery.
  • Follow up with the supplier/factory for timely delivery.
  • Packing and forwarding: make sure goods produced or bought out are matching to the PO.
  • Quantity and product are packed in our packing material.
  • Arrange all outward logistics.
  • Prepare all necessary documents (Invoice, Challan, packing list, T.C, Ewaybill)
  • Dispatch details and invoice hardcopy sent to the customer on time.
