Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Domestic IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions within India. This role is ideal for freshers or experienced recruiters who are passionate about talent acquisition and building strong IT teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment
- Understand client requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates using:
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Social media & referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule technical interviews and follow up with candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain candidate database & MIS reports
- Negotiate salary packages and close offers
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
- Meet daily, weekly & monthly hiring targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers
- Any Graduate
- Good understanding of:
- IT roles & technologies (Java, .NET, Testing, DevOps, etc.)
- Basic communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
