About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing to On Boarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Ceipal.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Track recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Data-driven mind-set with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
