Job Description:
Vmanico Technologies is hiring a Domestic IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through external calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of IT hiring processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Make external calls to screen candidates for IT positions
- Understand job requirements and match suitable profiles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data and reports
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calling
- Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies (training will be provided)
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes
Eligibility:
- Interns / Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum 10th / Inter / Graduation qualification
