We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of Domestic IT Recruiter Intern.

Candidates who have completed 10th or Intermediate are eligible to apply.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 4 to 6 months
• Unpaid internship initially; will be converted to paid based on performance
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Support the recruitment team in daily tasks
• Maintain applicant records and databases
• Handle basic communication with candidates

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
