We are looking for a highly motivated Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify top talent to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates technical skills through assessments, interviews, and coding tests.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes align with company policies and labor laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Experience using job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in technical screening and assessing candidate skill sets is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hiring for .NET, Java, Python, SAP, MuleSoft, Dell Bhoomi, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, AI/ML, and Full Stack Development roles.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compensation, and labor laws.
