- Collaborating with assigned team leads to understand job requirements, attract suitable candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases and reports.
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
