Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Domestic IT Recruiter Freshers to join our HR recruitment team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with technical teams
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment data
• Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers only
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of IT roles is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred.
