The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top IT talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical and soft skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track their progress through the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies such as software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of job boards, social media, and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
