Domestic IT Recruiter

A Domestic IT Recruitermanages the IT hiring lifecycle within a specific country by understanding technical job requirements, sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through job boards and networking, screening applicants for skills and cultural fit, coordinating interviews and providing candidate guidance, handling salary negotiations and offer letters, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process and background checks.They utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and have strong communication and persuasive skills to build talent pipelines and build strong relationships with potential hires.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand Job Requirements:Partner with technical hiring managers to define and translate technical job requirements into specific talent search criteria.
• Sourcing & Attracting Talent:Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to find and engage with IT professionals, including passive candidates, using techniques like Boolean search.
• Screening & Evaluation:Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess technical skills (coding languages, frameworks) and soft skills (communication, problem-solving).
• Candidate & Interview Management:Schedule interviews, provide candidates with information about the role and company, and guide them through the interview process.
• Offer Management & Onboarding:Negotiate salaries, assist with offer letters, handle counter-offers, and oversee the pre-onboarding process to ensure new hires have the necessary documentation and a positive experience.
• Database Management:Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
• Relationship Building:Develop and nurture strong relationships with specialized IT professionals to create a consistent talent pipeline.
