Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of incoming calls from customers.
  • Resolve product or service-related queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and records in the system/CRM.
  • Follow communication scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Provide correct and complete information to customers.
  • Achieve performance metrics like Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful tone during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC) / Graduate
  • Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome)
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (other regional languages are an advantage)
  • Communication: Clear, polite, and effective verbal communication
  • Computer Knowledge: Basic computer and typing skills
  • Others: Good listening and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in a team
