Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls (or chat/email) regarding product or service queries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional tone and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior support teams or supervisors.
  • Update customer records and interactions in the system accurately.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional language is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).
  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
