Domain Expert - BFSI

• 10-15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Joining Time Required - Immediate - Max 30 Days only.
• At least 4+ years of Recent hands-on experience in the Banking or BFSI domain (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of core banking concepts, products, and processes
• Experience working on data, analytics, insights, or BI projects
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, data, IT)
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI
• Basic understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and reporting concepts

Good to have :

• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance reporting (AML, KYC, Risk, etc.)
