About the Role: We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Payments, combined with strong technical consulting capabilities. This techno functional role demands hands-on experience in designing AI-driven, cloud-native solutions and delivering strategic value through PoCs and MVPs. The ideal candidate will have a consultative mindset with a focus on solving real business problems and will be instrumental in shaping next-gen digital architectures for global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements to understand business needs across banking and payments and translate them into solution strategies.
• Design high-level solution approaches that address key challenges in areas such as payments modernization, card operations, open banking, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams to shape customer-centric solutions.
• Develop compelling value propositions through prototypes, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and minimum viable products (MVPs) that demonstrate business impact.
• Support pre-sales and consulting efforts, including workshops, presentations, and solution roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, especially in areas like compliance, fraud prevention, and risk controls.
• Stay ahead of market trends in financial services and advise clients on emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10+ years of relevant experience int the IT industry working in Banking & Payments Domain.

Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of payment systems, card operations, and banking processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
• Experience with open banking initiatives and digital asset trends.
• Exposure to risk management, fraud prevention, and compliance practices.

Consulting & Solutioning Skills

• Ability to analyse client needs and design tailored solution strategies.
• Experience in creating business cases, solution roadmaps, and value propositions.
• Proven track record of delivering prototypes and pilot solutions that demonstrate business impact.
• Comfort working in dynamic client environments and leading workshops or discussions.
