Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Marketing professional located in Thrissur. The role involves crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage business clients, conducting extensive market research to identify trends and opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing goals. Additionally, the role requires managing customer inquiries, delivering excellent client support, and contributing to brand awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support business clients
• Proficiency in Market Research and Sales, with the ability to analyze trends and drive business growth
• Experience in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies tailored for B2B audiences
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in using marketing software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage client relationships proactively
