Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Documentation Executives to join our student support team in India. The ideal candidate will manage application forms, documentation and verification for students applying to medical colleges in India and abroad.

Responsibilities

Fill and submit Medical NEET counselling and admission forms online for students
Upload, edit and manage documents on portals and Google Drive
Follow up with students for missing or incorrect documents
Resize and convert documents into JPG, PDF, Word, etc.
Verify academic, personal and eligibility documents
Maintain accurate student records and digital files
Speak directly with students and parents to understand their needs
Resolve student queries related to forms, colleges and admission procedures
Track deadlines and ensure error-free submissions
Handle email, WhatsApp and online portal communications
Prepare college fee structure PDFs by checking the latest fees from official websites
Prepare cut-off lists and comparison files using Excel formulas
Maintain status trackers for each student's application
Regularly check counselling and university websites for the latest updates
Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of student records
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

Skills & Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to use Excel formulas, filters and formatting for cut-off lists, comparisons and trackers
Experience in creating professional documents and reports in MS Word
Comfortable with Google Sheets and Google Drive
Strong typing, data entry and file management skills
Experience in education, visa, admission or documentation is preferred
Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously
Well-organised and deadline-driven
Ability to handle high workload and pressure during peak admission seasons
