Consolidate final technical documentation for clients, including pump datasheets, theoretical curves, noise datasheets, nameplate drawings, and comment resolution sheets.
Collect and validate documents from internal software, JDE system, MRE/MRA servers, intranet, and external suppliers.
Create Manufacturer Data Books (MDB) and submit for customer approval; coordinate printing and dispatch with production team.
Update general arrangement drawings using CAD Worx, PDF editors, and other drafting tools.
Prepare ISO audit documents and maintain compliance records for the Documentation department.
Communicate proactively with internal and external clients regarding document status and submission
