Job Summary:

Our Clients are seeking an experienced Sr. Applications Analyst with expertise in Salesforce, Conga CLM, and Conga X-Author for Excel(MANDATORY) to lead application solution design, development, enhancements, and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, optimize processes, and ensure effective application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Architect and configure solutions for Conga CLM including contract creation, approvals, workflows, renewals, and integrations.

Design and implement Conga X-Author for Excel solutions for data management, reporting, and document automation.

Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations including flows, workflows, reports, dashboards, security model, and automation.Perform application enhancements, defect fixes, and continuous improvements.

Create functional and technical design documents.

Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

Participate in testing, release management, deployment, and production readiness activities.

Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards.

Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams in Agile delivery model.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce Admin / Platform certification.

Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integrations.

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce design, development, and application maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration / Configuration.
• Experience in Conga CLM and Conga X-Author for Excel.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, flows, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.
• Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
