The Document Controller ensures that all project-related documents (internal and external) are processed, registered, and maintained in accordance with company procedures and project specifications. - Document Handling
- Register, track, and distribute project documents using SAP PLM / EDMS or equivalent systems.
- Manage version control, approval workflows, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Skills Competencies
- Proficiency in SAP PLM, EDMS, Coreworx, Aconex, Assai, BIM-360 or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal written).
- Analytical and decision-making ability under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in globally distributed teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
