You'll Be Responsible For
- Ensure project information is managed in line with Mace procedures and system requirements.
- Lead onboarding of staff and external partners, administering user access and permissions to maintain system integrity.
- Manage system processes, including document quality checks, distribution groups, and work package matrices.
- Oversee key workflows such as RFIs, ensuring compliance with established procedures and smooth information flow.
- Produce and process system reports, supporting project teams with accurate, timely data.
- Collaborate across teams to drive efficiency, strengthen governance, and contribute to the net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with 10-12 years experience.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
