Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Document Controller based in our Gurgaon office. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organising project-related documents, ensuring effective documentation and version control. The role includes maintaining an accurate and up-to-date document database, coordinating with team members for records management, and supporting project documentation compliance. The position requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Document Management, Records Management, and handling Project Documentation (MS Office proficiency is mandatory)
  • Strong skills in Documentation and understanding of document lifecycle processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software for document control and data management
  • A degree or certification in a relevant field and prior experience in document control or similar roles are an advantage
