Job Summary

The Executive/Sr. Executive – Flight Operations Documentation and Compliance is responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all flight operations manuals, circulars, technical publications, and related documentation. This role supports & assists Manager – Documentation & Compliance for Documentation, regulatory compliance, and efficient dissemination of critical information to flight crews and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all Flight Operations and training License renewal submissions are promptly processed, maintained and tracked on day-to-day basis with different DGCA directorates.
  • Ensure all DGCA documents, Library for Akasa Air and Training files are updated in a periodic manner at DGCA in coordination with the POI.
  • Perform all administrative tasks pertaining to regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain a database on weekly, monthly basis with status update.
  • Ensure elogbook Verfications are as per DGCA requirements.
  • To update and Co-ordinate DGCA and eGCA correspondence.
  • Liaise with the various DGCA departments regarding updates of licensing and training functions.
  • Updation all Training center Library related activities adhering to the distribution list in a periodic manner.
  • Manage day-to-day duties and activities deemed necessary by operational and DGCA requirements and formulate suitable methodology to facilitate flow of regulatory information to all concerned by following Documentation Management Process.
  • Any other work requiring coordination with DGCA and/or Any other duties assigned by Dy. General Manager - Flight Operations / Senior Manager - Regulatory Affairs.

Good To Have

  • Familiarity with DGCA regulations and flight operations protocols.
  • Experience with Document Management Systems.

Educational Qualification

  • Should be Graduate.
