Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Doctor Referral Marketing Professional for our Client, located in Hyderabad & Chennai.The
primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals to secure patient referrals.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote referral programs, and organizing events and educational activities to attract new referrals.
Additionally, the role involves tracking the success of referral initiatives and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 1 to 2 years Experience in marketing, particularly within the healthcare industry
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and track their success
- Organizational skills, event planning, and management experience
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a big plus
