Role Description
The DMS Operation Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in achieving team goals. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, driving operational improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively analyzing data to optimize processes. This is a full-time on-site position located in Hubli.

- Proficiency in Operations Management with the ability to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- People Management skills to lead, motivate, and develop the team effectively.
- Analytical Skills for identifying trends and implementing data-driven decisions to improve operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations or team leadership in a similar industry is a plus.
