Job Responsibility
Project Planning , Execution and Maintenance - Plan, schedule, and manage civil construction projects such as factory buildings, mezzanine floors, machine foundations, and infrastructure works.
Cost Estimation & Budget Management - Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets. Monitor project expenses to ensure work is completed within approved financial limits
Site Supervision & Quality Control -Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with designs, drawings, and specifications. Maintain high-quality standards in all civil and structural works.
Initiate, Lead and Drive TPM initiative - Initiate and lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives across the plant infrastructure and facilities to improve asset reliability, workplace safety, and infrastructure efficiency while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Manages preventative and corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the organization's facilities, systems and equipment operate reliably and accordiong to safety and quality standards.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination - Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, timely material availability, and efficient work progress.
Safety & Compliance - Enforce site safety protocols and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Competencies Required
- Technical Knowledge - Understanding of civil construction, industrial structures,
foundations, and building works
- Skills AutoCAD, Project Planning tools, BOQ preparation, Negotiation skill
- Abilities Vendor communication & Negotiation, Identify Project risk & Action Plan
- Relevant Work Experience - 6-10 years Civil construction and infrastructure projects in manufacturing or industrial plants
Special Working Conditions: - Handling of High-Pressure Project Environment
Main interactions of the role: - Vendor Management, internal/ external customers etc.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's / Diploma degree in civil engineering
