Manage the Group Policy Admin System and other Group Business Deliveries
Responsible for managing the deliveries of the below applications
1. Group Asia Policy Admin System
2. Sales Application
- Business users Sales, New Business (Group)
- Support activities for product launches
- Managing QA to close SAT within specified timelines
- Work closely with Business Functions
- Responsible for the deliveries to the business with regard to requirements, delivery and quality
- Effective implementation of change management process
- Effective implementation of controls within the system to ensure the proper information is being captured
- Proper controls in to ensure there is no leakage of information
- Ensuring the KPIs are met as per the laid down process
- Monitoring the cost of the project at each stage
- Provide solutions which should be simple and save Dev efforts
- Timely delivery with quality
- Contribute and maintain good relationships across departments and functions.
- Providing timely solutions and workarounds to business users in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of Group Policy Admin systems from both front end and back-end perspective
- Good Analytical skills to convert BRD to FRD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present requirements in manner appropriate
