Overview
The position of DM Critical Care MD-Anesthesia Fellowship in Critical Care is a crucial role within the healthcare organization, responsible for providing specialized medical care and expertise in the critical care and anesthesia domains. Key responsibilities
- Manage and treat critically ill patients in the intensive care unit
- Provide anesthesia services for critical care procedures
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Conduct research and contribute to academic pursuits in critical care
- Oversee and mentor medical residents and fellows
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
- Participate in critical care outreach and education programs
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and guidelines
- Participate in on-call duties and respond to emergencies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
- Coordinate with support services for patient care needs

Required Qualifications
- MD degree in Anesthesia or equivalent
- DM Critical Care or equivalent specialization
- Fellowship training in Critical Care
- Board certification in Critical Care
- Valid medical license and registration
- Demonstrated experience in critical care settings
- Proven expertise in anesthesia and perioperative care
- Proficiency in advanced critical care procedures and interventions
- Strong understanding of critical care pharmacology and therapeutics
