Job Description
Assist client in Installation, Re-installation, and Configuration of DLP solution in client's environment during service period
Perform troubleshooting on DLP Solution related issues by performing analysis and fine tuning, restricted to technical capabilities provided by Vendor OEM
Escalate DLP Solution related issues to the Vendor OEM's Technical Support as per client's support agreement. Liaise, end to end co-ordinate and follow-up with Vendor Technical Support
Based on requirement from client, assist to perform DLP Policy Management that includes activities such as designing DLP policies based on variety of data identification techniques such as keywords, file and folder fingerprinting, dictionary definitions, file properties, database fingerprinting etc. aimed at protecting such confidential information
Based on requirement from client, assist to configure and generate custom reports
Assist to perform User Access Management including implementation of roles and assignment of privileges to roles. Create, modify, and delete user accounts in DLP based on user access management procedures defined by client
Maintain DLP Solution health and performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning restricted to technical capabilities provided by Vendor OEM in their product
Keep client teams informed on system status, issue status, test & evaluation plans related to DLP Solution as and when required.
