Divisional Merchandising Manager

What you will be responsible for:

We are currently looking for a seasoned Divisional Merchandising Manager to lead a key apparel business unit, based in Gurgaon.

Lead overall business strategy, profitability, and operational performance of the division

Manage costing, raw material sourcing, and supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing

Drive on-time delivery, quality compliance, and margin optimization

Oversee end-to-end production follow-up and order execution

Build and maintain strong client and vendor partnerships

Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities

What we are looking for:

20+ years in apparel merchandising

Strong exposure to EU/US markets

Proven experience with value to mid-market retailers

Expertise in costing, raw material sourcing, and supply chain management

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and leadership skills

Nice to have:

Experience with reputed buying agencies or trading organizations, especially in value retail
