Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive collections strategies to achieve targeted recovery rates
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the collections team, providing leadership and support
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Implement training programs for staff to enhance collections techniques and improve customer interactions
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify opportunities for reducing outstanding debts
Analyze trends in collections data to identify potential areas for improvement
Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers who are facing financial difficulties
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding collections and credit
