Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a District Manager based in Khammam area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The District Manager will oversee and ensure the smooth operation and performance of multiple branches within the district. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals, managing operations and resources, monitoring performance metrics, providing leadership and training to staff, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure high-quality service. The District Manager will also be responsible for reporting on operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with problem-solving expertise
- Experience in performance monitoring and reporting, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and partner management
- Proficiency in relevant business software tools and technologies
- Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as needed
- Prior experience in managing multiple locations or teams is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
