Job Summary
The Planning Execution Manager will be responsible for planning and execution activities across the supply chain. The role involves location-wise forecasting, hub and CFA inventory management, pending order and shortage tracking, coordination with marketing and logistics teams, RSP alignment, and preparation of MIS reports for leadership reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Location-wise Forecasting: Maintain accurate location-wise availability and analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Hub and Manufacturing Stock Tracking: Monitor inventory levels at hubs and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Pending Order Management: Track and manage pending orders at CFAs and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Shortage Tracking: Identify and monitor shortages at CFAs and hubs and drive corrective actions.
- Coordination with Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams for RSP alignment and additional RSP requirements, ensuring smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory levels at CFAs and hubs to ensure availability while controlling stock levels.
- MIS and Reporting: Prepare MIS dashboards and presentations for Monthly Review Meetings. Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functionalities such as pivot tables, macros, and VBA. Present insights with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have prior experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Exposure to pharma distribution, secondary sales planning, CFA and hub operations, and regulated supply chain environments is essential.
