Distribution Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Identify and onboard distributors for aggregator and existing brands
• Optimize fill rates and reduce order supply lead times
• Resolve payment disputes and align supply for disrupted brands
• Manage distributor margin negotiations and relationships across Bangalore

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10–15 field executives to execute distribution strategies
• Align with stakeholders to streamline distributor operations
• Drive operational efficiency through reporting and field coordination
• Ensure compliance with supply SLAs and resolve escalations effectively
