We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Manager to oversee our distribution operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing & customer portfolio and leading a team to optimize distribution processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the distribution center.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
- Analyze distribution metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during distribution processes.
- Train and supervise distribution staff to ensure efficient operations.
