- Support the sales team in distributor selection, territory allocation, and related administrative processes.
- Lead annual distributor evaluation and onboarding/renewal activities.
- Coordinate the communication and signoff of annual distributor authorizations.
- Drive distributor audit initiatives and foster continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders to mitigate risks and enhance service quality.
- Manage distributor communication, including issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of secondary sales data.
- Distributor Capability Development
- Organize and deliver training programs for distributors covering policies, processes, best practices, and product knowledge.
- Project Management
- Lead projects initiated by corporate or regional teams within commercial operations.
- Identify and monitor factors that may impact project outcomes.
- Ensure all components required for project success are defined and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Business Analysis
- Manage business databases, including customer and sales information, by collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly distribution performance reports.
- Maintain distributor quality systems and track performance metrics.
- Promote optimum utilization of business systems across teams to enhance commercial effectiveness.
- Identify and implement improvements to ensure systems continue to meet evolving business needs.
- Commercial Planning
- Lead commercial planning activities through coordination with sales, marketing, and distributor partners.
- Internal Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to manage expectations related to distributor performance and communicate updates proactively.
- Other Responsibilities
- Ensure all commercial processes follow corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the local facilitator for Sales Best Practices.
- Manage and motivate team members.
- Perform additional tasks as defined by company procedures or assigned by the supervisor.
- Experience in microbiology labs, diagnostics, or medical device industries.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, business goals, and strategic drivers.
- Expertise in process analysis, continuous improvement, and change management.
- Proven leadership skills to manage internal teams and external distributor networks.
- Strong understanding of cost structures and revenue drivers.
- High analytical capability and business acumen.
- Detailoriented and able to work under pressure.
- Experience working in ERP environments, preferably SAP.
- Ability to build, motivate, and develop a team of energetic professionals.
