Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems
Lead transformation from monolithic systems to microservices architecture
Define end-to-end architecture for finance and enterprise platforms

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

Provide hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
Drive technical decision-making across teams

Full Stack Development

Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
Contribute to frontend architecture using React.js, Node.js, or React Native
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance

AI & Data Platform Engineering

Build and support data platforms for advanced analytics use cases
Develop AI-driven solutions using LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI tools
Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot and other AI productivity frameworks

Distributed Systems & Integration

Design systems using Kafka, caching layers, SQL & NoSQL databases
Ensure high availability and scalability across global user base
Integrate ERP and enterprise systems effectively

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Collaborate with global engineering teams

Engineering Excellence

Establish coding standards, design patterns, and review processes
Ensure adherence to best practices in system design and security
Drive continuous improvement and innovation
