Role Overview:
We are seeking a Display Media Buyer with hands-on experience in native advertising platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, campaign management expertise, and the ability to optimize performance against CPA, ROAS, and scaling objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage native ad campaigns across leading platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and drive optimizations to achieve KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and recommend scaling strategies.
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and native advertising best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 02 years of experience in display or native advertising campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Experience with tracking and attribution tools (RedTrack, Voluum, Adjust, AppsFlyer).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
- Understanding of creative testing and performance optimization in native ads.
- Ability to manage and scale budgets effectively.
