Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor at our Faridabad location. The Dispatch Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the dispatch team, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure the compliance of dispatch procedures with DOT regulations. Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients to address shipping inquiries, monitoring operational performance, and providing customer service solutions. This role requires effective team management and communication skills to ensure smooth logistics and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage the dispatch team
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with team members and clients
• Ability to maintain organizational efficiency and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with logistics and inventory management systems is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics or transportation management is advantageous
• Prior experience in a supervisory role in dispatch or logistics is an asset
