Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lodhika for a Dispatch Coordinator. The Dispatch Coordinator will handle day-to-day responsibilities related to planning, organizing, and coordinating the dispatch of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Key responsibilities include managing logistics, updating dispatch records, communicating with clients and internal teams, and resolving potential issues during the dispatch process. The role requires strong organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination across all delivery channels.

Job Description:

• Proficiency in Dispatching and a strong understanding of logistics operations.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple responsibilities as a skilled multi-tasker.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with experience in Data Entry and maintaining records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office; knowledge of ERP or dispatch software is an advantage.
• Prior experience in logistics or a similar role is a plus.
