Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Coordinator located in Jaipur. The Dispatch Coordinator will manage daily logistics and scheduling to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of Shipments. Key responsibilities include coordinating communication between stakeholders, tracking shipment, keeping it updated in our Tracking management system and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves multitasking effectively while addressing and resolving logistical challenges to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Dispatching and logistics coordination
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Skilled Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
• Familiarity with logistics software or tools is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or related fields are advantageous
