Job Summary:

The Dispatch Coordinator will manage end-to-end dispatch operations for online and marketplace orders, ensuring accurate processing, timely shipments, and coordination with warehouse and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily e-commerce and marketplace orders.

Coordinate end-to-end order processing including picking, packing, labelling, invoice generation, and dispatch documents as per marketplace/platform guidelines

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely shipments.

Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and basic MIS reports.

Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

Experience & Skills:

14 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace dispatch operations.

Knowledge of Seller Central and logistics processes is preferred.

Basic Excel, invoicing, basic system entries and coordination skills.

Good coordination and communication skills.
